New Class: Adult Ballet

Adult Ballet, Sundays at 11 am

Adult Ballet is an open-level, beginner friendly technique class that incorporates traditional ballet vocabulary, barre, and center exercises for a balanced workout that tones muscles, increases flexibility, improves posture, and creates new neural pathways over time. This class is grounded in the principles of the ABT® National Training Curriculum and is geared towards dance lovers looking for a mind-body workout in a supportive and safe environment.
