FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you provide snacks?
We do not provide snacks. We provide water during breaks, and we ask that students bring their own snack and a water bottle, which we store in the refrigerator. Snack bags and water bottles should have the student's name clearly labeled on them. We ask that students refrain from packing anything with peanuts or tree nuts. We also recommend packing an additional snack if your child is participating in early drop off.
Can I watch my child in class?
All classes are closed for viewing so that teachers and students can maintain their focus; however, we have a parent viewing for the last 30 minutes of the day on Fridays from 3:30 - 4 pm. We also have a performance on the last day of each camp where students show parents, family and friends what they have learned.
What do students do during early drop off?
We offer games, homework or reading time, and crafts during early drop off.
We do not offer refunds for tuition paid, but students who have registered and paid in full may withdraw up to one week prior to the program start date for a full credit to their account. Account credits can be used toward any Studio 505 camp, program, class tuition, or gifted to another person for any Studio 505 service.
There are no refunds or credits for missed classes after the program sessions have begun.
We do not offer make up classes.
Tuition is paid monthly via autopay on the first of every month. If you wish to discontinue the program before the end of the school year, we need at least two weeks written notice, and there is a $50 cancellation fee.
We do not offer pro-rating for months with holidays or studio closures.
Clients may also pay tuition in advance via check or cash. We do not offer refunds for tuition already paid, but we do offer account credit that may be applied to any Studio 505 service.
